EDITOR�S NOTE:
THE STAFF OF THIS MAGAZINE HAVE TOYED WITH MANY EVOLUTIONARY IDEAS IN THE PERIOD OF OUR SILENCE. IT HAS BEEN DECIDED TO RESTRUCTURE OUR FORMAT. WE HOPE THAT THESE CHANGES WILL IMPROVE OUR DIRECTION AND REACH THE READERS WITH A NEW AND IMPROVED IMPACT. THIS IS ONE OF OUR NEW FEATURES. WE HOPE IT WILL BOTH ENTERTAIN AND ENLIGHTEN THE READER.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS LEFT UNSAID OR QUICKLY SKATED OVER IN THIS WORLD. THINGS ARE HOMOGENIZED IN THIS SOCIETY OF FAST-FOOD, ONE NIGHT STANDS, AND BLISSFUL IGNORANCE.

The following piece of literature is full of examples of the aforementioned �things�.

In keeping with the theme permeating forth from this issue I will now direct your attention
to the extensive research we here at propaganda/ atomic bomb publishing have conducted. This investigation is into the failure of the state to protect its people from hostile attacks originating from foreign soil.

This terrible tragedy has been for me and those who subscribe to our radical ideology as vindication. To the rest of the world it is a wake up call. Though by name socialist-libertarianism smacks of pinkos, tree huggers, john bircher�s, anarchists and libertarians it does not come loaded with conspiracy theories. This is not about conspiracy theory. This is about fact. If one is so inclined and looks long enough at a dog she/he can will themselves into seeing a cat. Christianity, JFK, Pearl Harbor, TWA flight 800, Waco, the OK city bombing, the list of conspiratorial dogma goes on like a defiled river flowing into an ocean of ignorance and fear.

From my background, education, empirical knowledge, life experiences, etc.   It can be agree upon that I am qualified to write this indictment. After all I am a guerrilla- a professional revolutionary and for all intents and purpose under the existing laws a terrorist myself. So reader listen up, I am not just talking out of my ass.

I am but a small fish, albeit a pretty sharp small fish. I look at the world through the eyes of a professional revolutionary. This can be argued is not much different from those of a �terrorist�.   I spent a great deal of time researching and learning my profession. I went out in search of the dream when I was young and naive and though logistically impaired was not bad at it. Then as all good romantics I have, �retired or been retired� waiting for the �big one� and, left with nothing to do but to write about it. It was in these ramblings that I predicted the reality of such terrible events as those on Sept 11. 56 PH (Post Hiroshima) 2001 C.E. this information was readily available to all who cared to read it. As I said I am not so deluded that I believe others could not or would not see the things that I do. I just do not understand why something was not done to prevent it.

We blindly accept anything and everything that is spewed forth from the State�s propaganda factories, ooops I meant media outlets. Anything that is askew is glossed over and forgotten in manner of days. The new episode of �friends� or who got voted of �survivor� and of course whether or not green bay won last night and if Triple H punked out The Rock on Monday Nitro is much more captivating than the demise of civilization. Complacency is a gift card at select retail establishments.

Now that I have accosted you with my literary diaherria it is time to point out some facts.

On September 11th there were in place contrary to popular belief. procedures regarding the �intercept/destruction of derelict airborne objects�. There is an actual official government publication titled �Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction -- Aircraft Piracy (Hijacking) and Destruction of Airborne Derelict Objects� CJCSI 3610.01A June 1. 2001. So it isn�t just smoke and mirrors that I�ve got here for the reader.

ENCLOSURE A

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE IN PIRACY (HIJACKING) OF CIVIL AIRCRAFT
AND MILITARY AIRCRAFT

1. Purpose. These instructions constitute actions to be taken by the DDO(Deputy Director of Operations), NMCC(National Military Command Center), unified commanders, and the Commander, NORAD, in the event of a civil and military piracy(hijacking) incident.

2.   Coordination with Civil Authorities

     a. When an aircraft becomes the subject of an aircraft piracy offense within the U.S. special aircraft jurisdiction, the FAA and the Department of Defense will provide support in accordance with paragraph 3 of this enclosure. In addition, for military aircraft and military contract aircraft, the Department of Defense will take action to prevent the hijacking attempt and promptly notify the FAA and appropriate federal agencies. The Department of Defense will provide the FAA with all pertinent information involving onboard documents, equipment, weapons of mass destruction (WMD), or material that the Department of Defense has determined to be highly sensitive.

     c. The DDO, NMCC, and the FAA will maintain coordination during the aircraft piracy situation.

3.   Procedures

     a. General. Military personnel will provide the following types of support: intercept, surveillance, lift, equipment and communications. Military personnel may not participate in a search, seizure, arrest, or other similar activity. This restriction would include the apprehension of aircraft hijackers or the use of military aircraft (fixed wing or helicopter) or other vehicles as platforms for gunfire or the use of other weapons against suspected hijackers. In addition, assistance may not be provided under this enclosure if it could adversely affect national security or military preparedness.

     b.   Support. When notified that military assistance is needed in conjunction with an aircraft piracy (hijacking) emergency, the DDO, NMCC, will:

     (1) Determine whether or not the assistance needed is reasonably available form police or commercial sources. If not, the DDO, NMCC, will notify the appropriate unified command or NORAD to determine if suitable assets are available and will forward the request to the Secretary of Defense for approval in accordance with DODD 3025.15, paragraph D.7 (reference d).

    (2) If suitable assets from a unified command or NORAD are not reasonably available, the DDO, NMCC will coordinate with the appropriate Military Service operations center to provide military assistance.
