Unacknowledged RAPE

Most agree that Rape is considered a violent,
physical act, not necessarily sexual,
characterized by one of the two parties being
non-consentual.  No means no, but what about
those cases when verbal or physical objection
isnt possible?

There are rape drugs illegally available that
make the victim black out, or in some cases,
experience uncontrollable paralysis.  What
about legal drugs?  How many men have bought
drinks for another with the hopeful intention
of getting laid?  Whether or not the acceptor
of the drinks acknowledges these hidden
intentions is irrelevant, that person is not
obligated to payback the benefactor of
beverages.

Anytime a person is not sober, it is not O.K.
to have sex.  It is well known that alcohol
and other drugs lower inhibitions and clouds
decision making.  Some people even black out
from substance abuse.  No, having sex with an
intoxicated person is not necessarily rape.
Buying substances for another to abuse,
knowing the probable results, is preparatory
for unacknowledged rape.  It is rape if the
buyers intention is to get them wasted in
order to make sexual relations possible.

The best way to identify these silent rapists
is to hear their stories of conquest.  There
are only two kinds of people who tell these
stories, those who make them up, and those who
acquire them through immoral, indecent, and
thoroughly repulsive ways.  Anytime you run
into these people, the only recourse is to
ignore and avoid them.  In cases of the latter,
they are lucky that they are still alive.

So all gentlemen out there, its O.K. to buy a
lady a drink, it is not descent to defile her
while she is under any influence.  Ladies, it
is never O.K. to go anywhere, or do anything
with someone you just met and know nothing
about, especially not with guys who hang out
in bars.
