NEWS

12.30.06 - The US release of "Nomad" has been pushed back two weeks to January 26, 2007. It will be a limited release, and as soon as we get any word on where it will be screening, we'll let you know. Be patient and stay tuned!

12.18.06 - Blinked and you missed Archie's appearance on "Heroes"? Despair not, my blinkies, for we managed to pull a handful of screencaps from said performance - just for you. Consider it an early Christmas present. ;-) Be forewarned that these aren't all top quality (the first one in particular is a little dodgy) but it's the best we could do with what we had, so...emjoy, and have a wonderful Christmas (, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, Festivus...)!!

12.14.06 - It's December 14th, and you know what that means...our guy Archie is another year wiser, more talented, handsomer, better-known...oh yeah, and older, too. ;-) Happy Birthday, Archie, here's to a terrific, happy, successful year ahead!!

12.11.06 - Stop press! "Nomad", the Kazakh epic in which Archie portrays the character Shangrek, will, after a seemingly endless delay, finally debut in the United States on Friday, January 12, 2007! More details as they become available, but circle your calendar now - Archie, on the big screen, next month!!

11.06.06 - And the fans come through again! Thanks to Katie Sawyer and Su-May, we have four photos (so far) from the London Expo for your enjoyment! Anyone else who has photos from the event that they'd like to share, please e-mail 'em on in!

11.04.06 - Archie joined "CSI" co-stars David Berman and Wallace Langham (and "CSI:Miami's" Boti Bliss) at the London Movie Comic Media Expo on October 28 - 29. This was the public appearance we alluded to a few weeks back and we apologize profusely for having been unable to confirm his appearance in advance. We hope to have photos before long, and if you attended and took any pics of Archie that you'd be willing to share with your fellow fans, please let us know so those of us outside the You-Kay can see what we missed out on. ;-) E-mail us at the usual, or post on the Forum...thanks!

10.07.06 - Yes, we have more Visuals for you to enjoy! A few screencaps from the new"CSI" season are up (courtesy once again of the awesome Erica from Beyond Imagination), as well as videos of four more commercials Archie did in Asia.

Oh - and we got the Forum sorted out again...the ads are gone, the cool smilies are back, and there will be more fun additions to come! SIGN UP!!

09.16.06 - Archie will be in the cast of the upcoming "The Hills Have Eyes II", sequel to Wes Craven's 1970's horror hit. It's not a huge role and doesn't last long (if you're familiar with Craven, you know what we're saying...) but it's big screen, slated for release in 2007. He'll be filming his scenes in Morocco in a few weeks.

Also, our heartfelt congratulations to Jerry Chan on "Fast Money" being nominated for the Best Drama Award at the recent Los Angeles International Short Film Festival! "L.A. Shortfest" is an Academy-recognized event and we hope a lot of the Academy folks in attendance got to see just what a great film it is! Archie was on hand at the screening on the 11th (a good thing, as he was able to collect some well-deserved kudos from attendees on his performance). Jerry says October is the target right now for "Fast Money" to come out on DVD, so stay tuned and keep on checking the "Fast Money" site for updates and continuing festival details! (Hello Boulder, San Diego, Wichita Falls, Honolulu, Vancouver, Toronto...)

08.15.06 - Southern California, you have three more opportunities to see "Fast Money" this year at a festival near you! First, the Palm Springs International Festival of Short Films and Film Market takes place later this month, and you can catch "Fast Money" on the "Crimes and Misdemeanors" program on Friday, August 25, 8:00 p.m. at the Camelot Theatres, 2345 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262. Tickets are $10.00. Visit the festival website for further info.

If you can't make that date (or once just isn't enough), it will screen again at the Los Angeles International Short Film Festival (L.A. ShortsFest to us casual L.A. folks...). Screen date and time are Monday, September 11, at 8:00 p.m.; venue is the Arclight Theatre, 6360 W Sunset Blvd. (just west of Vine) in Hollywood. Finally, in October, we have the San Diego Asian Film Festival. This one promises to be huuuuuuge, but unfortunately we don't yet have the exact screening date/time - it'll be somewhere between October 12 - 19, 2006 - keep checking the festival website for updates.

Elsewhere - fans in southwestern Canada, take note, eh! "Fast Money" will be at the Vancouver Asian Film Festival in early November (keep checking their site for updates), and North Texas folks who weren't able to make the Dallas screening - you'll have another chance at the Independent Film Festival of North Texas on October 28th! 08.08.06 - Yet more images have been added to our growing gallery! Krissy was generous enough to share with us her selection of screencaps from Archie's appearances in "Huff", "Once and Again" and "Century City" (CBS, I still haven't forgiven you for cancelling that show...). So...go check 'em out! While I was at it, I standardized the links on the Visuals page a bit, so hopefully it'll be a little easier to find what you're looking for!

07.23.06 - Image addicts, your "CSI" collection is complete: Season Two screencaps are now up in the Visuals section! (There won't be any Season One caps because, well, Archie didn't join the cast until Season Two!) Once Season Seven starts up in September, we'll be on it and keeping the "CSI" caps up to date...

07.19.06 - "Fast Money" will be a part of the San Diego Asian Film Festival which takes place in San Diego, California, from October 12 - 19, 2006. Some of the renowned Asian-American TV and film talent slated to appear at the festival include Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park ("Battlestar Galactica"), Bai Ling and Dustin Nguyen, among others. Don't know yet which night "Fast Money" will screen, nor at which venue, but we'll keep you posted. Keep up on the news via the SDAFF website and, of course, the "Fast Money" website!

Lemmon Ave). Please make note that this is an 18-and-over program, so bring your ID! (Although nothing in "Fast Money" itself really beckons an 18+ rating, other films on the program apparently will include adult content.) Thanks to Chiho Mori at the festival for the info!!

Last call for those Q & A questions - cutoff is midnight tonight. Thanks to all who participated! We'll let you know soon as the answers are posted!

07.12.06 - Three days left to get those questions in for the Q & A...send them to [email protected], and once Archie has a chance to answer them, we'll post the answers on this site!

Not only that, but he, along with fellow Hot Bachelors - we can capitalize it now - J.C. Chasez (N*Sync) and Ace Young ("American Idol"), were featured on "The Today Show" this morning in an abbreviated version of the classic game show, "The Dating Game". We're really sorry for the inconvenience and the loss of the old posts, but this change will be for the better - better tech support, better emoticons, better everything! So be the first on your block to log in and get the NEW IMPROVED Pronounced "kay-oh" Forum rolling!

05.20.06 - Archie fans: Have a question (or two, or three, or...) that you've been wishing you could ask Archie? Well, he's been nice enough to agree to do a Question-and-Answer for us! Send your questions on in to us at [email protected], and we'll gather them up for him so he can answer you! Deadline for the questions is July 15th; we anticipate that, allowing for his busy schedule, his answers will be back to us late in the summer. So send in those questions, and we'll post reminders closer to the deadline. (And many thanks to Archie for agreeing to do the Q&A!!) Also - let any of your friends who are fellow Archie fans know about this - we'd love to get a really good response!
