The manual is available for inspection at our offices complete with audit reports.

 

We were awarded with the ABS Contractor of the Years award for the year 2000

ProNatAir cc is committed to adhere to the requirements of the customers as per our quality management system and to support staff members in maintaining quality workmanship, striving towards excellent service and customer satisfaction.

 

To achieve service excellence, management and staff commit themselves to implementing good workmanship with effective training and dedication to realise our goal.

 

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

 

ProNatAir cc identifies the need for Primary Quality Objectives, which would include but not be limited to:

 

Customer satisfaction within professional ethics and standards

Customer satisfaction as a result of our efficiency

Striving to improve service at all times

Consideration to colleagues, customers and the public within limits

Customer satisfaction and efficiency within the costing parameters negotiated
