Promise Speakers Toastmasters, Club 3469, District 27 meets at the South County Government Center, 8350 Richmond Highway, 2nd Floor in Alexandria, VA on the 2nd and 4th Saturday from 8:00 - 9:30 am. We are a friendly, multi-cultural and dynamic Toastmaster Club.  Our membership is diverse and we have a supportive environment to help you with your public speaking and leadership skills.
