EASTER BLESSINGS
..."I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and  believeth in me shall never die..."
(John 11:25,26)

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved."
(John 3:16,17)

If the cross is the place where the worst thing that could happen happened, it is also the place where the best thing that could happen happened. Ultimate hatred and ultimate love met on those two crosspieces of wood. Suffering and love were brought into harmony.
Easter is an extra special time of year for me because, you see, it was Easter time 1987 that I received Jesus Christ into my heart and surrendered my life to him. Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God died on the cross, shedding his blood, not only for my sins but for the sins of the world.
They laid his body in the borrowed tomb of Joseph of Arimathaea, and he arose again on the third day. He is at the right hand of God making intercession for you and me. He has gone to prepare a place for us that where he is there we can be also.
Here are some wonderful Easter stories and poems that I would like to share with you. Each one has a special Easter meaning. All are meant to give glory and honor to
Jesus Christ the Lord
