English:

Baby, baby, listen, do you know
The story of the fox and the crow
Which Grandpa and Grandma told one night
And Mommy and Daddy heard in delight?
Outside the town, there is a store
With pastry cakes and yummies galore
The crow stole a tasty treat
Went up into a tree - it was good to eat!
But the fox saw her with the food
He wanted it himself because it was good!
So he thought and he thought and came up with a plot
He said pretty crow, you must sing a lot
You must have a voice, sweet and lovely
Won't you please sing and show me?
The crow was flattered and sang to a beat
And there fell the treat, right into the street!
The fox picked it up, and he said, lady crow
Don't believe all you hear, you just never know
And with that he ate up the treat
And walked away down the street.
