The items I have found in this level (not counting the weapons you take from the guards)
are located as follows;
Guard's HQ: medikit +50 Security building: medikit +50 Checkpoint control tower compound: medikit +25 Note that there are two snipers in the guard's HQ. Go there and collect their Dragunov ammo.
