The representative for Projekt Mayhem Pits will hereby be known as the seller. The purchaser of the above indicated animal will hereby be known as the buyer.

Buyer agrees that the above information is accurate and describes the pup of their choice. Buyer also agrees that he/she has been fully informed of said puppy's immunizations including number, type, and date administered. By signing below, buyer acknowledges that seller requires the total price of said pup to be paid in full by the time the pup is six weeks old. Buyer understands that the price of shipping, crate and health certificate (if required) are included in the total price of the pup written in this contract. If shipping, crate and health certificate are not required, $300 will be deducted from the total price of pup.

Seller guarantees said pup to be healthy at the time of sale. Buyer has 72 hours from the time of acquisition to have the puppy's health checked by a licensed veterinarian. If at the time of check-up, the state of the animal is anything other than healthy, and such condition(s) are found by the vet to be the cause or responsibility of the seller, buyer is entitled to a replacement pup. Pup in question MUST be returned to seller with veterinary documentation, before replacement will take place. If no replacement pup is available within a six month period and buyer refuses a longer wait, a refund will be issued instead. A refund is equal to the total price of the pup as stated in this contract, minus shipping costs both ways.

Seller guarantees the aforementioned animal to be free of genetic disease or defect for two years. If at anytime within said period it is proven to seller by the presentation of written documentation by TWO separate veterinarians, that the animal is indeed inflicted with a genetic defect or disease, the buyer is entitled to a replacement puppy of the same sex (seller's choice) from the breeding of their choice. In the event that a replacement puppy is unavailable within a six month period, and buyer refuses a longer wait, said buyer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price on the inflicted animal, minus shipping costs. Returning the inflicted animal to seller is accepted but not required. However in the event that the buyer chooses NOT to keep the animal, it MUST be returned to seller, at the buyers expense.

If purchasing a female, buyer agrees said female will not be bred before her 2nd heat cycle, and buyer agrees to take any and all measures necessary to prevent this from happening by accident. Buyer also agrees that said female will whelp a MAXIMUM of five times before being 'retired' from breeding. Buyer also agrees that any males purposely bred to said female must be registered with AKC, UKC, or ABKC. If purchasing a male, buyer agrees that said male will not be bred before ten months of age, and buyer will take any and all measures necessary to prevent this from happening by accident. Buyer also agrees to allow one time stud service to seller upon seller's request, with a waiver of stud fee. Seller is responsible for paying all shipping/AI fees if applicable. Buyer agrees that any and all females said male is purposely bred with must be registered with AKC, UKC, or ABKC, no exceptions under any circumstances!

Buyer agrees to contact seller within one month of sale to provide a current photo of the pup as well as a verbal update as to his/her condition and well being. Thereafter, the buyer will contact seller at minimum every six months and provide current photos of the animal (minimum two photos, one front shot and one side shot so the condition of the animal is visible) until he/she reaches two years of age, and on a yearly basis thereafter. Buyer agrees to contact seller immediately in the event of relocation or if there are any changes in contact information. Buyer agrees that neither the pup in question or any of his/her future progeny are ever to be sold by or through any commercial wholesale establishment, pet store, puppy mill or auction. Buyer also agrees the aforementioned pup and any future progeny are never to be sold or used in or for any form of testing or research.

Buyer agrees to take proper and humane care of the puppy, which includes providing adequate shelter from the elements, daily affection and activity to prevent boredom/bad behavior, as well as correct amounts of a HIGH quality feed, and FRESH water at all times. Seller reserves the right to inquire about and inspect the pup's quarters and condition at any given time without notice. If the seller finds the dog in an unsanitary environment and/or in poor health condition, whether due to any form of neglect or abuse, seller has the right to reclaim possession of the animal in question with no compensation to the buyer/current owner, as well as take legal action against said buyer/owner if desired or necessary.

Buyer agrees that said animal is NEVER to be used in ANY form of dog fighting or other illegal activity. If by any means the seller discovers such usage at any time during the life of the animal, seller has the right to reclaim possession of said animal immediately, and inform the proper authorities. Please be aware, we will tolerate no mistreatment of any kind, of the pups we put our hearts into raising. If we find that you are responsible for such mistreatment, understand we WILL NOT HESITATE in using the full extent of the law to see that you are dully punished for your crime(s)!!

If for any reason (Buyer must provide the reason(s), for seller's future improvement) buyer is unsatisfied with said pup, buyer can contact seller within the 30 days of the contract date below. Buyer should state the reason for dissatisfaction in the best detail possible, and make a request for refund of the purchase price. Pup in question is to be returned for refund, and buyer understands this must take place BEFORE a refund will be issued. If upon return to the seller, the animal is found by a licensed veterinarian to have any condition whether physical or mental, caused by abuse or neglect of the buyer, no refund will be given. Also, reason for dissatisfaction must be with the pup itself, not having to do with the sale, service, or seller.

NOTE: If at any time during the LIFE of the pup/dog in question, the below signed buyer is found to be in breech of this contract in ANY way, seller reserves the right to reclaim possession of the dog/pup with no compensation to the buyer, as well as take legal action against said buyer if desired and/or necessary.

The undersigned do hereby accept this agreement in its entirety and acknowledge that this is a legal and binding agreement. in turn, each party is in receipt of a signed and dated copy of this agreement.
