| Cloning Misconceptions Most cloning misconceptions arise from a lack of knowledge. People who do not really understand the basic principles of cloning, tend to make generalizations on whether cloning is natural or not. A clone would not be a normal human The clone would be a human too, like the identical twin, as both are from a fertilized egg. A clone will have the same emotions as its genetic parent A clone would not have similar feelings and emotions as its genetic parent, as the environment and upbringing of the clone shapes the clones emotions and outlook. Someone could own a clone Although cloning is being considered as a future infertility remedy, no one could own a clone, as clones carry the same rights as a normal person. Cloning is playing God and defying his wills Cloning does not create life, but produces life from an existing life. Great individuals in the past could be re-born To have a clone, a LIVE adult cell is needed so great individuals of the past cannot be re-born.
