Welcome To Project Hiker This Web page is a continuing project for hiking enthusiasts, if you would like to join our project, please fell free to contact us. I have searched the web for a site that gave information, maps, degree of difficulty, and general tips on hiking areas. But the only luck of the draw was they weren't on the same site. So that's why I started this project. If you have information from a hike or experienced something special from a trip you took, or you want to add to someone else's experience this site is for you. What I would like to accomplish, is different areas of the states at different times of the year would be to get the group together and experience hiking together. Autumn leaves in the fall, running creeks in the spring, and those who dare, snow capped mountains in the winter. Just go to our discussion area to add what you have done or you would like to do or see, whether the website or hiking. Or contact us.
What's NewThe following is a list of recent additions to our web. Whenever we publish a paper, write a specification, submit a status report, or add anything else to our web, we'll put a notice here. Every month we'll remove the oldest items. The most recent changes are listed first, and each item is linked to the page with the updated content. |
We are starting to plan for our spring hike and camp trip. We will be hiking along the Jones Gap National Park. All inquiries please e-mail [email protected]
