MS EXCEL-Input text & #'s in formatted spreadsheets, calculate formulas, create charts and more

MS ACCESS-Build databases, input info into tables, form queries, produce labels, create forms & reports

MS POWERPOINT-Make professional slide shows to sell products or present your company

QUICKBOOKS-(Mostly familiar w/ the account payables) Pay bills with checks from the computer to the printer, reconcile, add accounts/employees to be automatically paid with a touch of a button & more!

Rates are as follows:
PROJECT WORD:$10.00/HOUR
PROJECT EXCEL:$10.00/HOUR
PROJECT ACCESS:$11.00/HOUR
PROJECT POWERPOINT:$12.00/HR
PROJECT QUICKBOOKS:$12.00/HR

An estimate will be given on amount of time it will take to complete the project.

Before beginning-you will be given a short form/contract that will include amount of time to complete project, what project is needed to complete (ex.PROJECT WORD), the amount charged (to be paid when completed) and is to be signed by you and myself to ensure work by me and payment by you!

Payment is expected when project is completed. I accept checks, money orders, credit/debit cards via paypal.
