Fuck scenesters, you killed punk rock. you fucking killed it 9/22/05

So yeah, its been along time since i've written anything on cannon fodder becasue nothing has instilled such hatred in along time to motivate me into writing anymore. Recently though (summer of 2005) There has been a HUGE scenester BLOW OUT. Its like over the summer scenesters/posers have increased by 60% wich is totally unacceptable, armed with there shitty fake music and there shitty fake style and there shitty fake mentality of being diffrent by looking like everyone else in there "scene".... Yeah you explain that one.
So yeah i quit listending to punk like near the end of 2004, i still like it don't get me wrong its just my tastes have changed alot. I listend to metal now and metalcore/hardcore... big surprize eh lol we all saw it comming, YET unfortnately in this scene they have there OWN form of scenesters. Lets compare and contrast here.
1. PUNK SCENESTER 2. Metalcore Scenester
Lots of wrist bands Tight shirt
Generic Punk logo's X's everywhere
Emo Glasses Some do wear Emo glasses
Fake dramatic black hair Also fake dramatic black hair
Pins Camo and military fatigues like BDU hats
A hand bag (even guys) Girl Pants
Patches Bandanna hanging out a back pocket
Huge gunslinger belt buckle
so whats the diffrent? Sure the metalcore one is easier to spot, the diffrence is the punk one is dying, pop punk being the fad it was is finally dying out and its unfortunately turning its intrest PAST scremo into hardcore wich is way to close to metalcore for my liking, so once again to everyone it may concern STAY THE FUCK OUT OF MY SCENE. I know its a pointless cry but i don't want metalcore to be destroyed by "guidelines"and MTV like punk was.
Update- 2 years later.
To late, Metalcore has always been just as fake as me. I've grown alot since these days. I was a really angry stupid kid. Metal will always be the supieror genre.
