Background:
Esperanza was born in Buckinghamshire, England to Maria De Sol and Ricardo De La Cruz. She was born their oldest daughter of four. She was raised by both of her parents for several years until she reached age of 12.
It was around this time that her father died mysteriously and her mother moved with her and her sisters to London. When she reached the age of 15 her mother financed her trip to the United States. There she enrolled in Columbia College. There she earned her BA in Dance and her BM in Performance, Voice.
After graduating she enrolled in Elizabeth City State University. There she earned her BA in Music with Concentration in Composition and BA in History. After graduating she then enrolled in the British-American University, School of Law.
There she earned her BS and Juris Doctorate Degrees in Law. After graduating she was accepted at McMillan Sniper School. There she underwent Sniper, Counter-Sniper, and Advanced Sniper Training. After leaving that school she was hired by MI6.
She went through weapons training. She was then sent into Russia for one year and then again for 4 months. Esperanza was then recalled from duty after she was shot in her left shoulder and lower back. She then went through a 4 month deployment into Russia, Portugal, Spain, and France.
Shortly afterwards she was sent into Afghanistan for seven months. She was then recalled to England and recently she was sent to the SGC.
Psychological Evaluation:
Esperanza on the outside when you first meet her is very calm, controls her temper easily, and seems to respect her commanding officers. However, as I and everyone got to know her we saw her real self.
On the inside she is stubborn, hot-headed, short-tempered, and doesn�t respect authority figures. However, as her former CO I feel that she is fit for duty despite this fact. She was affected by her parents� deaths which I feel is what caused her to have such a temper difference.
