NOTE: This story took me almost four months for finishing it, I don't know why, but this is the truth. I have never took more than a week writing down a story, but I just don't know why this one took me so much time. When you read it, maybe you can realize why it took me so much time to finish it. I hope that you like it as well.

It was almost three years since he has gone. Julie couldn't stop crying since his death. Even though she has the most beautiful gift of him. She felt herself guilty, sad and angry.
*Flashback*
Chris lay on the floor eyes semi-open and jerking. Julie looked at him with frightened eyes. JC tried to keep Chris's hands quiet while Joey called at 911. Lance and Justin were stood in a corner of the room looking at him with pitiful eyes.
"They said they will be here as soon as they can�" Joey said hanging up the phone.
"Please Chris� wake up buddy�" JC repeated softly trying to wake Chris up.
Chris continued jerking furiously bleeding from his mouth.
"Oh God� don't let him die� please, please�" Julie whispered to herself. She remained quiet in a corner of the bed with her knees on her chest looking at Chris that was on the floor.
Event though she has been witness of another seizures that Chris has had lately, this one has been the longest and the worst, the preview ones were mild seizures. Julie pleaded him for going to the doctor, but he refused it. Everyday that passed by Chris's hypoglycemia had become more dangerous, his condition had become worst, but he didn't notice it.
Julie has been Chris's girlfriend for the last eight months. Chris felt in love with her since the first time they met each other in that club. Her caf� au lait skin, dark green eyes and dark brown long hair have driven him crazy.
When the ambulance came they lifted up the convulsive body of Chris, Julie couldn't stop of crying she was in shock with huge tears flowing from her eyes.
Chris remained two days unconscious in the hospital. All the guys were preoccupied about this. Julie couldn't stop of crying all the time. She prayed to God for Chris got wake up.
When he finally wakened up. He was still a little dizzy from all the medicine that the doctors have gave him. He opened his beautiful brown eyes slowly; he noticed that Julie was sitting next to him her head down near his right hand on the bed.
One single tear felt from his eyes. He knew how much she loved him and now he was seeing her here sleeping at his side. He knew that she was suffering for him.
After a couple of minutes he was still looking at her. She still remained asleep peacefully.
'Oh God, she is so beautiful' he thought. 'Who am I to let her overtake through all this? She doesn't deserve this' he told himself.
Then she wakened up slowly, she immediately looked at him with worried eyes. She realized the he has wakened up. She couldn't contain her tears and hugged him strongly.
"Oh my God!!! Chris!!!" she cried. " Are you okay, baby??� Oh God Chris!!! I� I love you, honey!! She cried between tears as she kissed him on his cheeks.
"Oh baby, please don't cry" Chris whispered. "I love you too� please forgive me for this, baby I don't want to make you suffer, please forgive me" Chris said between tears and sobs.
"No, no baby I don't have to forgive you for anything. It's not your fault, ok? You will be okay� Don't worry, right?" she said still crying and caressing his soft hair.
"Ok, baby�" he mumbled with his head down.
Before Chris leaving the hospital, he and Julie went to talk with the doctor, the doctor advice him to be careful about some symptoms of his illness because he could fall in a coma easily if he doesn't care of himself.
After a week of analysis and pills Chris were going to leave the hospital a little pale and more white than usual, but feeling himself a little better. Doctor had prescribed him some drugs to control his seizures; Chris couldn't believe that the doctor has said he has suffered these attacks from his own hypoglycemia. He has suffered this illness since he was a child, but he has never suffered these kinds of symptoms before.
"I have never suffered this kind of thing. I have never heard my mom or anybody in my family talking about a similar case" Chris said to the Doctor.
"Well, it's not necessary that you have suffer from this kind of seizures before, it could be that your hypoglycemia is getting worse. This illness is not so dangerous, but the person has to have a special diet and special care" the doctor pointed out.
"But I can't�I just can't believe this" Chris whispered almost in tears.
"Then Mr. Kirkpatrick I hope that you follow all my instructions, so you can control your illness" the doctor advice him.
"I will help you, baby. Everything will be alright, ok?" Julie told him in a sweet tone.
"Ok" Chris mumbled.
"All of us will help you too Lucky" Justin added enthusiastically.
Chris looked at the guys with sad eyes.
Chris hated to feel people's pity. He hated to feel people's sorrow. He didn't want her girlfriend and his friends took care of him like he was a child. He didn't want to make anyone suffering because of him.

Four months have passed and Chris didn't have any other problem with his seizures he almost has forgot about it only when he had to take his pills and medicines he remembered that horrible days and the things that the doctor has told to him and Julie.
Chris, Julie and the guys have gone to a club they were dancing all the night. When it was almost 2:00 am in the morning. Julie and Chris sat down in the VIP area of the club.
"Woo hoo!! Yeah!!" Chris shouted as he took a seat. He was sweaty for dancing almost the whole night. Chris kissed Julie passionately.
"Chris, baby I want to talk with you seriously" she shouted. The music was so high that she felt like her ears were going to explode.
"What??!!" he shouted out loud, there was a lot of noise in the club.
"I must talk with you seriously. Can we go back to our room in the hotel? Here is not the right place!!" she shouted back.
"Why?? There is any problem, baby??" Chris shouted again.
"No, no honey, but I need to talk with you� about us�" she replied.
"Uh? About us� Why??"
"Yeah�" she told him with her head down.
"Ok honey� let me tell to the guys, ok?? I'll be back quickly". He walked where the guys were dancing. Justin and JC were dancing near with two girls. The girl that was dancing with JC was Julie's sister and JC's girlfriend too. Her name was Carol.
"Hey guys!! I have to go now. My girl needs to talk something with me, ok?"Chris shouted.
"Ok, dude" JC replied.
"JC can you borrow me your car, remember that you and Lance were the only ones who brought your cars here. You can return back to the hotel in Lance's car" Chris said.
"Ok, man. No problem, but be careful, ok? It's kinda late" JC told him throwing the keys to him.
"Ok DAD!!" Chris shouted back smiling and catching the keys.
"Yeah� yeah�" JC said smiling.
"Bye guys!!"
"Bye Shorty!!!" Justin and JC laughed out loud at the same time.
"Ha Ha!!" Chris shouted back making a funny face to them.
Chris walked towards Lance and Joey who were sitting near the bar. They were talking amusingly.
"Well guys� I have to go�" Chris told them.
"Do you have to??" Lance asked.
"Wait for us, dude. It's early yet. Why do you have to go?" Joey added as he watched his watch.
"It's my girl dude. She is tired�" he said looking at where Julie was sitting. "She is beautiful, isn't she?" he asked to them.
"YES CHRIS!! Wow man!! How many times have you asked us the same question, that girl is driving you insane!!" Joey laughed and Lance did the same. Chris sighed out loudly.
"I'm in love man!!" Chris said cheerfully.
"Ok, ok!! Bye Crazy!! Lance said pushing him away from them.
"Ok Poofoo!! Bye!!" he said laughing.
"Bye!!" Lance and Joey shouted.
Chris went towards where Julie was sitting.
"Well, let's go baby" Chris told her and grabbed her by a hand.
Once they were in the car. Julie kept her head down all the time. Chris looked at her and then to the road again. Then he began.
"Julie� Can you tell me what happen or we have to arrive to the hotel, uh?" Chris asked her.
"N-No� I guess�" she replied.
"So tell me what happen?"
"Ummm� Chris� I� I�" she doubted and began to cry.
"Baby what happen� please tell me�" Chris asked a little worried.
"Ummm� Chris� I � I think I'm pregnant�" she whispered.
"W-What�??" he asked surprised. She began to cry again. "Oh honey�It's okay. Don't cry please�" he told her as he reached her hand and squeezed it slightly.
"Chris� you're not so happy, are you??" she asked him sobbing.
"Oh n-no baby. I'm happy! I was only a little surprised. I wasn't expecting such news. This is amazing� I� I gonna be father!" He laughed.
"Yeah daddy�" she smiled softly. He smiled back and leaned forward to kiss her slightly. He continued driving back to the hotel.
"I can't wait to tell to the guys!" Chris told Julie a little excited.
"Oh Chris I love you. I didn't think that you would react in this way baby! I'm really happy!!" she smiled.
"Why not baby?? Is our baby! From both of us. From our love, baby girl. I love you. You love me. Then what is the problem, uh?" Chris told her as he waved his head he began to feel nauseous and a little dizzy.
"I don't know Chris. I was just afraid of�"Julie replied.
"Afraid of what?" Chris asked as he put a hand on his head he began to sweat and felt himself weak.
"What happen, baby??" she asked a little confused.
Suddenly a wave of dizziness passed over him, clouding his vision with black spots. He felt stinging all over his body and knew what was coming. Then he felt his muscles twitching uncontrollably. Chris looked to Julie with dread.
Chris's whole body began to jerk terribly. His hands, arms and legs. He fell on the steering wheel unconscious he was bleeding from his mouth and nose. Julie watched Chris's body trembling with such force as if he were being electrocuted she knew what was happening again.
"Chris baby!!�" She tried to take control of the car, but it was too late they crashed onto a tree.
"NOOOOO!!�" She cried. That was the last word she could say. Then darkness.
When she woke up in the hospital the guys were there looking at her. She immediately looked for Chris.
"W-Where is Chris??" She swallowed hard.
"How are you Julie??" Justin and Lance asked almost at the same time.
"Damn I'm fine!! I asked� where is Chris??" she almost shouted frantically with tears in her eyes.
"Calm down Julie� He� He is not so good� but please calm yourself down." JC told her rubbing her hand.
"W-What?? Where� Where is he??" she asked with faltering voice.
"He is� he is in a coma�" JC told her crying.
"NOOOOOOO!!! CHRIS!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOO!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!" she cried out and began to get up.
"Calm down Julie, please!!" Joey grabbed her.
Lance called the doctor. The doctor came and gave her a sedative. Julie calmed down and felt asleep almost immediately.
"Doctor, how is she??" Lance asked.
"Oh� she is okay� she is only a little agitated� the fetus is okay too..." he replied.
"The fetus??!!!" the guys shouted at the same time.
"Yeah� you didn't know?? The girl has three weeks of pregnant�" the doctor added.
"Ohh� we didn't know�" Joey added.
"Doctor??" JC asked.
"Doctor Albertson, gentlemen�"the doctor said
"Doctor Albertson and� how is Chris�? JC asked as tears began to form in the corners of his blue eyes.
"Oh Mr. Kirkpatrick, right? Well, he is in a stable condition, but he remained in a deep coma�" the doctor replied.
"Can we see him??" Lance asked..
"Sure" the doctor answered.
The guys went towards Chris's room. He was there eyes-closed a ventilator in his nose, some bruises in his forehead and chest. He has a bandage around his abdomen because he got three broken ribs too.
The guys looked at him with teary eyes. He looked really bad.
"Why him God, Why?" Lance said between soft sobs.
"He will be okay Lance, you will see�" Justin told him crying.
"I should go with him�" JC whispered sobbing.
"JC please� it's nobody fault, so stop of blaming yourself, ok?" Joey said wiping his own tears away.
Then the doctor came into the room, and told them that he wanted to talk with them.
"Gentlemen� We found out that Mr. Kirkpatrick is hypoglycemic�"
"Yes, doctor he is�" JC replied.
"Well, that's why he is in a such deep coma� we found out that he suffered a severe seizure before the accident, and that's why he is in this condition now� Has his suffered a seizure before??"
"Oh� yes� doctor� he suffered a seizure about four or five months ago, but he hasn't suffered one since that time, he told us that he has never suffered such seizures before and during his childhood either." JC added.
"It could be true, hypoglycemia, is an illness that needs special care, and it seems that Mr. Kirkpatrick was a little careless with his illness�" the doctor said.
"Excuse me doctor Albertson but my friend was not careless, since the doctor prescribed that pills for controlling his seizures he has never miss one, so I don't know why this could happen�" JC said.
"His illness was getting worse by the time�"Joey replied sobbing.
"Hypoglycemia is a complicated illness sometimes, the symptoms of the patients can differ from person to person, some persons can suffer nervousness, irritability, exhaustion, faintness, dizziness, tremors, cold sweats, depression, migraine headaches, insomnia, digestive disturbances, forgetfulness, mood swings, anxiety, aggression, violence, anti-social behavior, sugar addiction, drug addiction and alcoholism, so I don't know if you could notice these kinds symptoms in your friend�" the doctor told them.
They didn't know what to say his was too hard for them talking about their own friend's illness, Chris had always been the soul of the group, the happy spirit of the group, and now what would they do without his jokes, without his smile�
Chris remained three long months in a deep coma; he never woke up again anymore. Julie took care of him everyday, she shaved him carefully, she lovingly combed and caressed his hair, but he remained asleep. He looked like if he was sleeping so peacefully. Now Julie has four moths of pregnancy. Her belly was now more noticeable. The guys were always with her giving her their support.
"Chris, love�wake up baby� I� I miss you�I miss you so bad honey�" she said between sobs. Chris remained eyes shut.
She suddenly felt a weak knock outside the door.
"Yes??" she asked a little confused as she wiped away the tears that were forming now in the corners of her eyes.
"Hi� Can I come in??" Danielle asked her. Danielle was Chris's ex-girlfriend and Julie already knew that she has not made him happy at all.
"Hi� yes�" Julie replied sadly.
"I'm so sorry about this Julie�I never knew that Chris's illness was so serious�" she told her a little sad.
"Thanks� me either� I think many people think the same�" she told her with watered eyes.
"I'm sorry, if there is anything I can do for you�" she said.
"No, no thanks� I only want to be alone, please�" she replied with her head down.
"Ah� ok� see you�" she replied and walked towards the room's door.
"Thanks�" she whispered.
Then doctor entered to the room as every morning. He walked towards Chris's bed and took some notes.
"And how is my "Lucky Gifted Boy" today?? He asked smiling.
"He is fine� I guess�" she replied with a faint smile as she wiped her tears away.
"He will be fine Julie� You will see� He's a young and a strong man� he will get good through this." The doctor tried to comfort her.After a couple of minutes of talking with her he went out.Julie was alone again with Chris.

A whole hour passed and Chris didn't move a single muscle, not opened his eyes either. The guys arrived and greeted Julie. Now all of them were in Chris room even Julie.
Suddenly Chris began to twitch his body slightly. And the steady beat of the heart monitor began to beat uncontrollably then it became a simple beep. The guys looked at him worriedly.
"What happen??!!" Julie shouted looking at Chris with terrified eyes.
JC ran over her and grabbed her firmly. He pushed her away from Chris's bed. He knew exactly what was just happening.
"What happen JC??!! CHRIS!!!" she cried as she tried to release from JC's arms.
"Call a doctor!!" JC commanded to anybody in specific as he pushed her out of the room.
"Oh my God!!" Lance shouted and ran out of the room to look for a doctor. Joey and Justin began to cry silently.
Doctor Albertson arrived to the room immediately. All the guys had to go out of the room. The doctor tried to recuperate Chris' vital signs but all his efforts were in vain. Chris has gone. Has gone forever.
The doctor went out of the room with his head down. All the guys looked at him with teary eyes. All of them knew what has just happened.
Julie released herself form JC and Justin arms that were now grabbing her and ran towards the doctor. She grabbed him strongly by his white outfit.
"Doctor!! How is my Chris??!! How is my baby??!!" she shouted frantically.
"I'm sorry� I'm so sorry Julie� he� he died�" the doctor replied, with teary eyes. Even the doctor had already a special affection for Chris. He always told them that he was his favorite patient in the hospital. He was his "Lucky Gifted Boy".
"Are you kidding, right?? No, my baby is no dead!! No please!!! It's just a lie, isn't it??!! No my baby no!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!" she couldn't resist what she has just listened. She fainted immediately.
Justin and Lance ran towards her for helping her, both of them were crying. JC faced the wall and cried against it. Joey just cried silently with his hands in his face.
Julie was driven to a room for taking care of her. As soon as the doctor was free again he went towards the guys. They remained quiet in the same place, all of them crying and sobbing. Then he began.
"I'm sorry guys�"he said, they only nodded. They don't have any strength to say anything. They pain was so big in their hearts. But JC tried to make a big attempt for talking. He wanted to know what happened to Chris, why he just died unexpectedly.
"Doctor�" JC paused. "What happened to him??" he finished.
"It was his heart� he suffered a mild seizure and then a heart attack that his weak body just couldn't resist� he was dead already when I arrived� I couldn't do anything� I'm so sorry�" the doctor said.
"Ok�" that was the only thing that he could say.
*End of the Flashback*
That's why now Julie felt herself terribly with all this pain inside. She just can't understand why Chris had to die, why he had to go and left her all alone.
'But why I have to feel all this loneliness in my heart if I know that he is with me right now, right here' she thought. She was so lost in her thoughts. When she remembered that she was taking care of the new love of her life.
"Hey!! Christopher Alan and Bryan Anthony Kirkpatrick!! Be quiet boys!!" she shouted to the tiny twins that ran happily around the park. They were so small so sweet. They looked like a small photo of their father. They were two years old and were two little angels for her. They were the most valuable gift that he has given to her. The real symbol of their love. His gift. His sons.
