D is a Dunpeal vampire hunter born of a vampire and a Human. He is a mysterious Figure feared, and revered by humans. Oddly enough, D's companion is his left hand. But, not in the sense you might be thinking. Sicko.
In actuality D's Left Hand is a living being itself, and is constantly giving advice and warnings to D. Left Hand is D's source for his extraordinary Dunpeal abilities. Left Hand also posseses the ability consume fallen enemies to restore D's health, or use one of it's various attacks. Attacks are as follows: A sphere that freezes an opponent. Five beams of energy that home in on the enemy. As well as a fireball.

Vampire Hunter D has been included for anime fans because this is an anime-based web site. Thus, many members should be familiar with this character. He has also appeared in a PSX game, which further enforces his character. If you select D as your character of choice, then you must not forget to have Left Hand speak as well. It is a character itself.
