In the journal was a journey into a desturbed mind. This journal was filled with a hatred for a man named Jackel. In it it spoke of a greater evil, and a lesser evil. One being the best of two evils. These evils, being divided by time and space, festered. Until finally, the two festering evils met. The man was obviously insane. As grendyl read, he thought this man may not have been so wrong. He was stabbed in the head and killed. No evidence of a killing but a rotted body.
Only a insanely intelligent, or insanely powerful person could do this. What confused him was the cat. How it lived is a mistery. He was glad Neko and Shogi decided to stay outside. This was a sick site. The thing Grendyl did do was take the journal. It was a thing that would help him. It was now his guide. He knew of Jackel, but not of the evils. He may not have realized it, but he found his future. All in the little black book.
Grendyl had a horrible feeling about this place. He new there was something wrong. One more thing he took was the cat. It was a guide as well. He may not have realized then what he did, but he would soon. So he left the black house, with a cat and a journal. The journal and the cat would be useful soon enough.
As they searched they found a cave that was lit up from a fire. They went in and found Kenji. Just as fast as they lost him. They untied him and he had something for them. It was a note from his captor. It was very well written, not a common theif, not by a long shot. The note said," I leave you with this. I am the better of two evils, the lesser. The boy would be dead if I weren't. You have seen the worse of two evils. The little black house, the little black cat, it wasn't a coincidence. Trust me, fate has drawn you here. See you soon, Demon."
Grandyl was weirded out. He was drawn to the cave, the Black house, the journal. This demon, that Jackel, the black cat, whatever they have in common. It has drawn them closer. For whatever reason, he will be drawn in, not knowing the reason he picked up the little black journal. He is know a part in the puzzle. A piece, thats all he is now. When he got home he turned on the television in time to see the presidents speech.
The candidate for presidency said this today," We are progressing. My campaign has been shown its begining to enlighten people. I know I am getting through. I know we are moving into a hope full future. I can tell. Whatever I did, I'll keep in up. I will not rest until I have enlightened everyone. Your mistakes are showing...all humanities mistakes are. They will be rectified some day." |
