| The wind patterns on Ataraxis are very minumim. On Earth we have wind blowing in differnet ways depending on different latitude lines, on Ataraxis, the case is much simplier. on Ataraxis there is a souther hemispher and northern one. in the northern hemisphere the wind blows to the east and downward. in the southern hemisphere the wind blows to the west and up ward. these two winds meet at the equator of Ataraxis and push against each other until they are both forced back up, this creates a circular movement of air. |
| There hasn't been enough research done on Ataraxis to tell what the ocean patterns are. however based on the wind current our scientists were able to make a prediction. The norther hemisphere wind brings cold water to the south and the southern hemisphere wind brings the warmer ocean water to the north. the ocean temperatures through-out Ataraxis are fairly moderate. |
| Do to the closeness to the sun and the tilt of our planet (25degress) we have only spring and summer type weather. on Ataraxis it only snows near the very poles of our planet. other than that the weather in Ataraxis is very lovely and perfect for vactioning. living anywhere on Ataraxis is like living in Florida United States, Earth. |
