I        Dedicate This Site To Our Troops
To all of our service Men and             women. In the states and Abroad. Many are far away from home.  I              want to encourage you for the Holidays,    What was even neater was              that we as Christians looked out for a fellow Christian’s son where              he was stationed in our area. It went furter than that I prayed for              this young man a lot as well and kept in touch to this day we have a              dear friend we have never met personally but feel we are connected              now. If you cannot send a care package or a letter or card. Or if              you cannot invite some to your home for the Holidays. You can always              pray and we can all do that.
To reach out to them and              also to the families left behind.
I want to encourage you also if              you live anywhere near a base.
Call up and ask about inviting a              service man or woman over for Holiday Dinner  or consider
Sending a care package to a barracks. I don't know if there is time              to send one over seas unless you have connections.
Lets Pray. Lord,              hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect              us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform              for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our              Lord and Savior. Soldiers Men and women who are fighting for our              country let this be your prayer
When calling the              base ask for a man or women from maybe a state you used to live in              or a state you visited or one you know nothing about but would like              to learn. We don’t live close any more, but we used to live Near              Camp Pendleton and we spent 2 different Thanksgivings having men              that were far away from home over for Thanksgiving dinner. Many are              young and away from home for the first time. One man I met on line              who is a spirit filled Methodist minister in KY. whose son had just              been stationed in our area and we had this, my email buddie’s son              and his friend over for a home cooked meal and holiday gathering.              What a blessing to give especially around the Holiday season.
The Lord is my shepherd,
He shows me              the way,
To everything wonderful,
Day after day
~~
He guides me and              keeps me,
From all kinds of harms,
And always He holds me Within              loving arms!
~The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want~
