And another jazz bass body, how to build visual tutorial

here we go:

day 1.

Bringing the wood home. I took the measures 50cm x 40cm, and the thickness on maple 2cm, and nut 1 cm. This is not a standard body, because , standard body is ussualy 4cm thick.

Drawing on the wood, and cutting a basic shape, with reserve around , for at least 5mm.

and another wood plate. I will combine this time two different sorts of wood, to experiment with the sound.

Drawing informative, the holes for the coils (pickups) and for the potentiometers (knobs), bridge and bolt-on.

making the holes for the wood inserts, so it would not slide by putting it together and to hold strongly after gluing it together.

putting some glue around ,just for marking another part, to fit one on another

i tryed first with water, but wasn't sucesfull method, so i took glue.

Making a hole for the electronics (just potentiometes), and for the coil wire and ground

cutting out a lid, which is from wood and is called "continuous - plate". This means it is same as the wood into which it will fit.(the growth)

Inserting the wood into wood.

gluing

and letting dry till the next day
