This is a program written in C for the Ti-89. It requires no kernel or library, and can (suposedly) work on all AMS versions (tested through 2.05).

This is the simple game of battleship. You must figure out where your opponet's ships are placed before it figures out where your ships are placed. You move the cursor with the arrow keys, and guess with [ENTER]. The calculator tells your results and its results on the upper-right of the screen. Below that, you can see the status of your ships and the computer's ships. Each hit-point for a ship is an 'O', and each point on a ship that has been hit is an 'X'. The 'X' appears from the right leftward regardless of where you hit the ship. After the results are displayed, press any key to return to the game. Hits are marked on the board with an 'X' and misses are a shaded area. You (obviously) cannot guess where you have previously guess.
Lastly, the difficulty does not necessiarly go with 1 being easiest and 4 hardest. They each have a different method for AI, and are therefore different. Pick the one that poses the most challenge for you.
I know you cannot choose where your ships are placed, and here is why: Who cares? The calculator guesses randomlyand uses the same AI no matter WHERE your ships are! There is _NO_ stragety involved in ship placement, they have an equal chance of being hit no matter where they are, so quit yer bitchin'!

This _SHOULD_ work for the Ti-92 plus, as well. The menus won't be all neat and centered, but the game will adapt to the larger screen size. If there is a problem with this, let me know...
