Dream Interpretation
Baking in a dream could mean you are nearly ready to put into action plans you are making, a development of a new idea. The mystical meaning of baking brings good luck, say the old superstitions.
If you are cooking for others in your dream, it may indicate that you have a desire to influence others. You may want people to like you or become dependent upon you. Cooking can also symbolize your need to transform a realization of a raw truth or emotion into something more palatable. Finally, the dream may represent your awareness of plans in preparations, "something's cooking."
To cut (cutting in dreams) is to sever and separate. Your dream may be an fable for a broken relationship, a major change in your life or the end of an outmoded pattern of behavior.
Running from something, unseen, could indicate insecurity. Things may be closing in on you and you feel at the mercy of feelings that are out of your control. Being chased reflects your feelings of insecurity. You may be having feelings of guilt or fear. In children who have these dreams may be being bullied at school. The figure that pursues you is most likely to represent an unresolved aspect of your circumstances.
Descending in dreams, going down, may represent descending into the unconscious. In particular, cave entrances, wells, tombs, and cellars can be entrances to the netherworld of unconscious. You may interpret this as a downward phase in your life; you may feel "down". On the other hand, perhaps you are over the worst and everything is downhill form here.
Dance is usually a celebratory activity, something you do when you feel happy. So you may be feeling happy about the way things are going. It may also indicate a sense of freedom from constraining influences. With singing, is the song sad or a happy one, it all has to do with how you feel.
If you are in a disguise, you may be hiding from something in your waking life. You want to "dress up" an issue and turn it into something it is not. It's time to face reality and stop hiding behind that mask. Be yourself.
Diving into water symbolizes your descent into the unconscious. You are getting in touch with the deeper parts of your being. It can mean that you need to take a chance on something in your waking life, "take the plunge".
Drowning could mean you feel overwhelmed by your emotions. Do you feel that something you would rather not be a part of, yet can't get out of is happening?
Floating, in order to float you have to relax and accept the support of the water. Floating indicates acceptance; you have let go of your problems, worries, and restrictions and can now enjoy just being yourself. Go with the flow.
Flying in dreams us usually a pleasant experience along with a sense of exhilaration and freedom. It usually feels completely natural, something you've always known how to do. Rarely is the dream accompanied by a fear of heights or of falling. Flying may mean liberation from something that has been troubling you.
Hunting in dreams may represent your search of what you want. You may be hunting for a solution, or you desire to achieve something.
Kissing in dreams, it could mean just that, your desire to kiss someone. It could also imply the "kiss of death" or "kiss off". The thing you have to think about is the emotion you feel after the dream, were your angry at the person? Or do you feel, well, like you would like to kiss that person?
If you murder someone in your dream, someone you know, it may indicate your resentment towards that person. It could also mean you are trying to get rid of an aspect of yourself you want to repress. If you are the one being murdered, it could show that you are at the mercy of your emotions. Perhaps you have repressed your instincts that are now seeking vengeance.
To open something in your dream could mean there is a new influence in your life. You may feel inspired with new ideas soon.
If you are searching in your dreams, what are you trying to find? Your dream search may symbolize the quest to find something physical, emotional, or intellectual, or spiritual. You may be searching for a new way to solve an old problem. If you dream of searching for someone you know, you may be anxious about your relationship with that person and may want to end the emotional separations. Are you sure that this search is worthwhile, or is the dream reflecting your feeling of hopelessness?
Shopping, or visiting shops, can mean there are many opportunities and rewards that life offer. However if you dream that the shop is closed or that you don�t' have enough money to buy something, this may indicated that you feel the things you want from life are unattainable. The dream may be telling you to lower your expectations and set your goals at a more realistic height.
If you dream of being trapped, that is probably how you feel in your waking life. Some of the areas in your life need to be reformed. On the other hand, you may be held captive by your own conservatism or stubbornness.
Weeping in dreams confront you with emotional issues that you would usually rather avoid in waking life. Clearly, something is upsetting you deeply.
