Divination Class
Lesson Seven
Dream Interpretation
Here are some dreams almost everyone has, they are examples of some of the emotions we may be feeling in our waking life and manifest in these forms.

Anxiety - you may dream it is your first day at school, you can't find your room and you know everyone else is in their class seated already. No matter were you turn or which hall you run down, you can't seem to find the room you need to be in. You may dream something like this when you feel like you have failed at something.

Fear
- you may dream that something is threatening you. Like you are going to be overpowered by something. You try to run or scream, but can do neither. Here you may fear something in your waking life.

The Tightening Tunnel effect - you are walking or running in an enclosed space and that the further you go the smaller and more confining the space becomes. In your waking life you may feel like you have no control over a situation or a secret may get out that you know about, but others don't.

The Free Fall effect
- you may be on a bridge or tall building and although you are careful and try not to fall you do waking up only when you are about to hit the ground. In your waking life you may feel like you don't have control over things going on in your life, or failure to accomplish a goal you've set.

The Cassandra Dream - in this dream you know or see an impending disaster and try to warn others. They ignore you, can understand you or don't believe you. In your waking life, you may be dealing with an embarrassing or uncomfortable situation, or feel you can not communicate effectively the message you are trying to get across.
Self-doubts dream - these occur when you have made a mistake in front of others or made a dumb decision.

The Spinning Car - you are driving a car and then it starts to spin out of control and you try to use the brakes and find they dont work. Things start to look blurring as they go by.

The Border Guard
- you have to show some identification and with confidence you pull out your wallet only to find you either don't have it or it is of someone else.

The Slippery Slope
- you are climbing up a hill and as you go it gets slippery and higher, you struggle, and it only gets worst.
These are some of the emotions that are reflected in dreams. Here you may see some symbols and what they may mean:

Animals:

Birds
- hope and spirituality

Cats
- feminine mystery

Fish - intuition

Horses

Octopus - male fear of women

Board games - the journey through life, progress
