What's happened to the peace and joy
That used to be around?
Something's happened to the people
Who's minds were truly sound.
People think no more of peace.
It has become so vague.
Now they think of blowing up
These countries, fueled by rage.
I see the anguish in their eyes,
I see the hurt and pain.
But war, is not the answer, friends.
You'll make peace in vain.
Your problems do need reasoning,
Not a forceful punch.
Talking helps allieviate,
But hey, that's just a hunch.
If peace is what you're looking for,
Let me suggest a way.
Shake some hands.  Resolve these things.
Forget this senseless fray.

Politics is often a mischievious prankster, who relishes in the confusion he delegates.  As a result, the people feel cheated, often jaded.  When this escalates to such an extreme, the results are many times magnanomous.
