OUR ADVICE ON BI-RACIAL BABIES....
I need this as well. Since DS is only 4 months now and is very fair skinned, we don't get many comments (except from family who asks why he isn't darker! Argh!). As he gets older,
we will have to make sure he knows that being different is a good thing. He has the best of both worlds, and on top of it, will tan nicely too! = ) (kristin.g) I'm Black and DH is White. Our children are 4, 2 and 5 months so we
haven't yet run into any problems regarding race. Here in Canada people are much more tolerant than I've heard in the States. I have many friends in mixed relationships who also have children who have also not dealt with any animosity. I'll
reserve judgement until my first starts school in September. Then we'll see how "enlightened" people are! (_karen)
