You are free to disagree and or make you own comments:)   Still, I hope you feel they are worth reading, even if you don't necessarily agree with them:)

Reference to the first one is regarding the lack of, or poor resources provided by the government/s to voluntary organisations.

These special people within a community  I believe contribute very, very strongly to the benefit of the communities where they belong. 

They also make a valuable contribution to the tax system and to the economy of their countries. The pity is that governments, ruled by economic rationalists,  appear to not value their efforts highly and give little support.
