MEMORIES AND THINGS THAT REMIND US OF ANITA

SHE IS JUST AWAY

You cannot say, you must not say

That she is dead, she is just away!

With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand

She has wandered into an unknown land

And left us dreaming how fair

It needs to be, since she lingers here;

So think of her faring on, as dear

In the love of There as the love of Here,

Think still of her as still the same, and say

She is not dead, she is just away.

Adapted from the writings of
JAMES WHITCOMB RILEY

These are the sorts of things we most fondly remember of Anita.

Little stories and anecdotes of our family; the grandchildren and great grandchildren and other incidents and special things that have happened during our life together.

Click on the link to take you to see each one.

While there are not many at the moment I will add to them over the coming year.

The first one I wrote is called Anita's Nativity Story. It is a little tale I wrote in Memory of Anita. It is a true story and one she might have written herself had she had time.

If you care to click on the link "My Computer, which will link you to stories and articles I have written and among them you will find it under the link to Christmas Tales, or ..... J go directly to it by clicking on the following link.
