Reference to the first one is regarding the lack of, or poor resources provided by the government/s to voluntary organisations.
These special people within a community� I believe contribute very, very strongly to the benefit of the communities they belong.� They also make a valuable contribution to the tax system and to the economy of their countries. The pity is that governments appear to not value their efforts highly and give little support.
