Class Regulations

  1. HOL Handbook: All HOL Rules apply here as well as on the forum. No netspeak, privacy protection is still on, profanity and anything of the sort mentioned in the HOL Handbook are not allowed here.
  2. Respect & Disrespect: I have zero tolerance for foul language, rude gesture, or the putting down of the other student in any way, form, or fashion. I will delete any posts that involve any of this on the forum and will put a censorship on all the words I see. I trust every one of you all and I believe that you have the priviledge of not making me do this. First I will give a warning, I will give at least three. After that I will deduct House Points depending on severity. If it continues I will remove you from my class.
Be nice to everyone including me. If everyone has the courtesy to be nice to you, please return the favor by being nice to them. Show everyone the same amount of respect they give you. Treat everyone fairly. If this isn't followed it causes conflicts and I don't want conflicts in my class.
Basically, I'm overly nice and because of that I would like respect and for you to be nice to me in order for me to continue being this way. If you disrespect me, then I will not be very nice anymore. If you send me a rude comment or cuss me out because of a homework assignment grade or something, then I'll probably deduct points from your house.
  3. Concerning Lesson Material: Remember not to take anything too seriously with most of the stuff I put up or teach. All of this is for fun and learning and should not be something you should get too annoyed or serious with. Just HAVE FUN!!!
  4. Class Forum: It is manditory for ALL my students to register at the Class Forum. All your lessons and homework are posted there and you need to check it continuously. The Class forum is located here.
  5. Grammer: Use proper grammer when sending me homework. If I can't understand your answers, I will send your homework back with a note to correct the grammer. I will not grade any assignments until they are corrected.
  6. Questions, Comments, Concerns, & Suggestions: If you have a question about a lesson, homework assignment, essay or special project, the feel free to post the question on the Class Forum for me to see or e-mail me. Posting the question on the forum might also get you help from other classmates and might help you more. If it doesn't include the classwork then you are still free to ask it through e-mailing me. However, if you do, please wait patiently for a response because I may be busy at the time. I still attend high school and it is tough.
  7. Spamming: When e-mailing me, do not spam. I will deduct grade points for spam, if not House Points.
Do not spam on the forums. No one-liners, useless or pointless posts, one word posrs, "I agree" posts, posts where you ask questions that have already been answered in another thread, and posts that have recently been discussed. Spam in annoying and unnecessary. If I see it on my forum, I will delete it without warning.
  8. Personal Information: Do not give out your personal information! Do not give your home address, telephone number, ANYTHING! Don't ask it, don't give it, don't do anything with it, but keep it to yourself.
  9. HAVE FUN!!! That's the point of the place. To learn and have fun while your doing it. If there's no fun in it, then why are you here?
