Procedure

The proponent will send a notice for the conduct of research to the hospital administrato. After securing approval from the
latter, the proponent will meet him for an interview.
Facility visits to observe conditions, review records, and discuss processes with staff; and 
Manager, staff, and client interviews and discussions.
