| CODE of Ethics for MANAGEMENT TEACHERS |

| Dear Management Teachers, This page is brought to you after having observed many teachers during my 20 years. I am not here to say that I am a man of perfect and you should also be like that. But, What is right? and what is wrong? is decided by the output you generate. You can also question me of my integrity to suggest such a code. I am doing this because all along the service, I had been the loser of benefits and privilages that I should have been enjoyed. Most of them are due to unethical practices and behaviours of fellow teachers and the way they talk in front of me and behind me. There are also events that are untellable, in which I was found as guilty and victim of chance. Playing ugly polictics and cunning role is not the purpose and way of life for a teacher. Because the nation and the world in which we live is so bad for which the teachers also a reason and to major extent the management of schools and colleges. If you want money and survival, please leave teaching. There are so many trades and illegal trades for earning money and live. Make it a policy, serve the students community or leave them in the name of god. There should be ethics for every profession and every man, those who is not bothered about that are nothing but sinners. Penalty waits for them, only the time is in question. : |
