Extra Credit Assignment

This is due the last week of class with the last day I will accept it as the last day of class

This assignment will take the place of either one low scored exam or one missed assignment. It will not take the place of a missed un-excused exam!

Read Nickel and Dimed by Barbara Ehrenreich and write a paper on your reading . It is required that this paper be a minimum of three pages to a maximum of 10 pages.

One question you might like to ask yourself while you are reading this book is: how relevant is this book today in the field of Human Services? Another might be, how has this changed your prospectus about the topic?

The format is that of the standard book report, double spaced 12 font, no fluff or fillers in the body of the paper with a cover page (which does not count as one of the 3 pages). If you are going to quote from the book or from other sources there must be a work Cited page.

I would highly recommend that you see a tutor for this assignment, grammar and structure do count.
