| The club was founded in 1956, in Philadelphia, PA, when someone thought it might be funny if an organization called The Procrastinators Club was to postpone its first meeting, an announcement by the Bllevue-Stratford Hotel got the press interested, and an actual meeting became a necesity. Les Waas was the founder, and still is. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Current Membership of PCA is one 14,500 worldwide. There are members in every country in Europe, for example, and in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, etc. These do not include the 620,000 in the U.S. and Canada who haven't got around to joining yet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
