Tools needed are
jack,
2 jack stands,
four way lug wrench
11/17 socket 1/2in drive or the equivalant in mm's
10mm socket
12mm socket
14mm wrench
a long screw driver or pry bar.

First thing you do is jack the car up and secure it with the jackstands. Then you take the passenger side wheel off. After you have the wheel off then you should see a plastic cover with about 6 or 7 10mm bolts holding it on. Take them out so that you can see the crank pulley clearly..

Next you have to loosen the adjusting screws to the A/C compressor. You do not have to take the bolts completely out as you just want to loosen it so that you can take the belt off.
Next loosen the adjusting screws for the altenator.
Once you have those belts off take the tensioner loose.  But before you loosen it, take the 11/17mm and turn the crank until the # 1 on the cam is lined up with the mark.

Next take the 10mm bolts out of the pulley and then take the pulley off.

Once you have everything off and the tensioner loose you should be able to slide the timing belt off the cam shaft. Now when you are about to reinsert the belt check to make sure the mark on the crank is set and the cam shaft mark  are both lined up before inserting the belt. Then put the belt on and hook everything up in the reverse order.

SORRY EVERYONE THIS PAGE IS CURRENTLY ...........
This picture is of the adjusting screw located just above the compressor housing.
This pic is from the passenger side of the car.
