| I. Draft A. The draft order is based on the results of the previous year 1. The first four picks are based on point total during the regular season, the lowest going first. Kevin has the right to change this if he feels that someone was losing on purpose to gain a better draft pick. a. The tiebreaker will be the worse record getting the better pick. b. The next tiebreaker is a coin flip 2. The final six are based on the playoffs a. The farther you advance in the playoffs, the lower your pick. b. When two teams are eliminated in the same round, the team that had the lower seed gets the better pick. B. The draft will follow the snake format. That is, if you have the first pick in one round, you have the last in the next. II. Teams A. Roster 1. Each team will consist of no more than 20 NFL players. B. Starting Lineups 1. Weekly rosters will consist of the following. a. 1 QB b. 2 RB c. 3 WR d. 1 TE e. 1 K f. 1 Def/ST III. Schedule and Playoffs A. Regular Season 1. Playoff Schedule a. Week 13 i. Seed 3 vs. Seed 6 ii. Seed 4 vs. Seed 5 iii. Seeds 1 and 2 get a bye b. Week 14 i. Week 13 winners play the teams that had Round One byes. The highest seed plays the lowest seed c. Week 15 i. The two remaining teams in each league play each other. d. Week 16 ii. The OL winner plays the NL winner for the Proactive Cup. IV. Scoring A. Point Values 1. TD passes 3 pt. 2. Passing yards 1 pt./20 yds.* 3. Rushing TD 6 pt. . 4. Receiving TD 6 pt. 5. Rushing yards 1 pt./10 yds.* 6. Receiving yards 1 pt./10 yds.* 7. Spec Team TD 6 pt. 8. Sacks 1 pt. 9. Extra Points 1 pt. 10. 1-39 yard FG 3 pt. 11. 40-49 yard FG 4 pt. 12. 50+ yard FG 5 pt. 13. Def Turnover 3 pt. 14. Def TD 3 pt. 15. Safety 2 pt. 16. Shutout 10 pt. *no partial credit is to be given (9 yards = 0 points) B. Wins, Loses, and Ties 1. For each head-to-head matchup, the team with the greater number of points will earn a win and the team with the lesser number a loss. a. A win is worth 2 points. 2. During the regular season, if two teams have the same number of points, each team will get a tie. a. A tie is worth 1 point. 3. During the playoffs, there are no ties. In the event of equal points during the playoffs, the team with the higher playoff seed gets the win. 4. Standings a. A team is awarded 2 points for a win and one for a tie. These points are used to calculate the standings b. In the case of a tie for the standings, the amount of points scored is used as the tiebreaker. V. Lineup Changes A. Weekly Lineups 1. Each week owners have the opportunity to select their starting lineup for the week. If an owner doesn't set their lineup for a particular week, the owner's lineup from the previous week will be used. 2. If no lineup is submitted for week 1, The first player drafted at each position will be the starters. B. Deadline to Submit Starting Lineups 1. Players may be put in the starting lineup at any time before the kickoff of their game. Lineups may be changed as long as the following applies. a. The player being removed has not played yet b. The player being inserted has not played yet 2. In the case of an early game: If there is a player in an early game that was in your previous week's roster that you do not want in your current week's roster, that player must be removed via email. That is, your most recent submitted lineup is your lineup. Once a player in your lineup plays, you can not remove them. VI. Transactions A. Free Agents 1. They can be added any time following the draft through the end of an owner's season. 2. Cost of a free agent is $0.50 B. Trades 1. Trades can be done at any time following the time when keepers are announced until the start of week 9. 2. Cost of a trade is $0.25 per player per person. VII. Keepers A. Each owner will be allowed to keep any three players that were on their roster at the end of the previous year. B. Keepers will be due by the end of the second full week of July. C. Once yours are sent in and you know other people's keepers, yours are final. 1. Exception: Mike Hendershot Rule - Keepers may be changed only under the following circumstances: a. It is before the PFFL draft. b. Your player is estimated to miss a possible 6 games due to retirement, injury, suspension, legal issues, or anything else. |
