You don't have any requirements listed. Splash pages are used for two reasons: 1) to let the visitors choose between different viewing options (frames, no-frames, pop-up,...) 2) to give requirements to view or visit the page (font, screen resolution,...) . Unless the splash page has a very special or original design, there's no reason to have one without any information or options listed. The visitors don't want to go through 2 pages before they get to your site.
The picture's not very high quality either. It's very important for a good lay-out to use high quality images.

It looks like this page has been done with Page Builder. This is fine by me, because a site made with PageBuilder can still be nice.
The first thing that I noticed, the image on the main page is very low quality. Blurry images ruin a site, so I'd try to replace them.

Try to reduce the amount of (text) colors you use on the site. It's a little too much color for me, because the text doesn't look well-organized anymore. It looks to me like you use text to fill your page and make it look more "alive". Maybe you could have a background image, a good background immediately changes the whole look of a site.
The information (especially the index tables) could be more centered.
There's really nothing special, original or personal about this lay-out. I would suggest to use more images you've designed yourself.
A last comment: it's really annoying when I go through some of your pages and there's a whole space left blank. I scroll down for more information, but the only thing there's a copyright statement.

You have quite a lot of information on your site. Also a lot of interative sections. The visitors who're looking for things to do on your site certainly won't be bored.
What I don't like: I can't say I saw something I thought that was original. You use a lot of things from other sites, which is okay but I'd suggest to have more original content on your site. The pictures on your site are 'done'. They're so old, everybody has seen them.
Also, the wallpapers section, I'd suggest to remove it. Those aren't wallpapers. Those are just pictures that you call wallpapers, put them in the gallery. Most of them are very blurry, none of the 'wallpapers' are created or designed by someone, there's no reason to have those in a wallpapers section.

The index table on the main page is very well structured.
I would suggest to place "home" or "back" buttons on all the pages. This is helpful for the visitors, but it's also very useful for search engines: when people are looking for something, they'll get to one page of your site (through the search engine), but they can't browse through the other section of your site because they don't have a link to the home page. I know that a lot of sites don't have "back" buttons, it's a lot of work to add them now, but it's more useful then you might think.

Last update was yesterday. Very good!! It's not always easy to update a site frequently, but it's very pleasant for the visitors to visit a site with new & recent content. This way the visitors will keep coming back to your site.

Very fast. The image pages don't load as fast as the other pages, even though you use thumbnails. But it's worth a four.
8) O v e r a l l [6/20]
Everything has been done before. If you look for some more original content, then this site will be much more interesting.
But this site has promise. I know this doesn't really seem obvious after reading my review, but I am sure that with some effort, this site will improve a lot. You have a lot of information for the visitors and the interactive sections are very interesting.
I hope you consider some of the things I've said, because like I said, the site has got promise.
It seems to me that you don't have a lot of experience with websites, but I believe that you do have got talent. And that's the most important thing.
Note: You told me that you just started with HTML. I can't grade your site based on this, I want to grade everyone on the same things. But I do know that you can improve a lot. If you ever decide to get a new review here, I'm sure it would be a lot better and a lot more postive.
