Selection Criteria Statements
When applying for a job, people often don't spend enough time on their Statement on the Key Selection Criteria.

You should write from half to a full page on each of Key Selection Criteria which you are asked to address.

Start with brief notes on each one, and then go back over and add what occurs to you next, over a period of a few days.  You will find that each time you look at what you have written afresh, more facts will come to you.

Try to keep each answer concise, preferably in dot points if possible.  Don't just pad your answers - Keep them brief and interesting.
Keep going over it until it's complete!
