"That guy looks weirdly familiar," Hunter mused.
"Probably because you saw him starting high school just a few minutes ago," Cam replied. "With Kim."
"Yeah," Hunter said absently. "He's a real chick magnet."
"So Hayley tells me." It was Cam's turn to be amused. "I wouldn't know, myself."
This was met by silence, and he could almost hear the words turning themselves over in Hunter's mind. They weren't strictly true, but Hunter didn't know that and he'd only meant it to tease. He suppressed a smile while the other Ranger tried to figure out how best to defend himself.
"Too bad," Hunter said at last.
Cam blinked. That wasn't at all what he'd expected, but Hunter continued before he could figure out what it meant. "Is that Dr. Oliver?"
Distracted, Cam glanced at the accelerated images automatically. Nearly half of them showed unearthly views now. "Yeah," he said, frowning at the screen. "He's been involved with the Rangers for a long time."
His frown deepened, and he reached for the keyboard again. "That's strange," Cam said, mostly to himself.
