The Song that Never Ends
I'm quite sure you have heard of a song so obsurd
that it simply would not end.
Someone started singing until all ears were ringing-
then had the nerve to call you "my friend."
This is simply fiction, you see,
since a song must conclude
and once it becomes annoying
the singer is just plain rude.
a song that never ends
only leads to confusion-
it just goes on and on
leading to possible mind explosion...
there is no second verse same as the first,
no wheels spinning round and round...
there is no spider that sat down beside her,
and no rain fell to wash the spider out.
As for the song that never ends,
no idea could be worse.
It makes as much sense
as this poetry verse!
