There are different ways to benefit from being a member:

The simplest step include free advertisement on our web page and with posters around town. In case a customer contacts us we just offer him how he could get in touch with you. 

The next step includes  finding customers for you - we don't wait for somebody contact us we promote as well. Every time we are successful we ask for 10% of the rent - no money for you, no money for us. As soon as we introduced the customers to you the handling will be yours. 

The third step got housekeeping for you. You hand us the keys and we take care of your place and regularly pay your bills. Depending on the area an additional fee must be paid. Handling of customers is still up to you.

 
Our last offer includes a complete service:
We find customers for you, check them in and out and clear all bills from them for you. During nobody is staying there we take care of your place. Lean back and we are doing the work. For this complete service we ask for 15% of the rent plus an additional housekeeping fee, depending on the area.

Please notice:
We take care that your bills (electricity, water, maintenance,...) will be paid on time - but it is still your money.

Except the housekeeping our concept is simple - you only have to pay when we got business for you.
