The deposit for each rental contract is 2 times of the rent. The first payment has to be done in advance.

The rent doesn't include electricity, water, telephone or any other side payments. This additional costs are paid by the renter.

Laundry and cleaning of the place could be arranged by us but will be charged separate.

If there are no damages or missing items at the home and all bills are paid the deposit will be paid back as soon as the contract is finished and the keys are returned.

The responsibility for missing or stolen items belonging to the owner or the renter is at the renter.

We are glad to accept your reservations. From April - September 20% of the rent and from October - March 50% of the rent must be paid in advance. This advanced payment will not be returned in case you cancel your reservation.

Properties with a rental contract for more than 2 years will have an announced check every year.
They will NOT be promoted before 1/2 year of the expiration of the contract. The maximum period for a rental contract is 3 years but we could offer you an option for a prolongation .

Q: Why to pay deposit ?

A: Because we need some security for side payments and damages. In most hotels this costs

.....are already included in the rent.

Q: Why I have to pay separate for electricity and water ?

A: Because we only want that you pay what you use. If you don't use air-con a lot why you want 

.....to pay for people who do ?

Q: Why in case of a reservation the advanced payment is not returned if I cancel ?

A: Because we keep the place for you. There might be other people interested in the apartment but 

.....we reserved for you. 

We could simply ask for higher rents and include everything, but why you want to pay for something you don't need or use ?
