When God , from His Wisdom created Mothers
He knew there would be a love like no other
He knew she would be there in good and in bad
That she�d be the best friend on earth her children ever had.

He knew that she would be close by each day
To help them in all the problems, listen to what they say.

There�s so many things as a Mother we like to share
Like their first tooth, first steps, first word, that curly hair
Mothers get so excited with the joys that they feel
Of loving their babies and watching them grow up through the years.

Of all the special qualities that a Mother does possess
The Mother God gave to us just had to be �The Best�!
Her life here on this earth didn�t have much to offer her
But she loved her children with all her heart for sure.

God saw her life here brought her many sorrows and pain
She had a lot of sunshine, but she had a lot of rain
He saw the many tears she shed, heard the prayers she prayed
God took her home to be with Him, I wish she could have stayed

But, she is home with Jesus, I�m happy for my Mother
The pain is hard to bear sometimes, but God gives strength to recover
One day we will see her again, and �What a day that will be�
When Momma welcomes home my Lil� Sister and me!
