| Born in a small town with no friends, Delta-4 led a life of secrecy and social deprivation. He soon became acquainted with weaponry and enlisted in the UNSC Marine Corps where Colonel Ackerson recognized his talents as a Sniper. Soon afterwards, he was drafted into the UNSC Naval Specialized Warfare section (NavSpecWar) and graduated his class with flying colors. He was put into the 105th operating group and played a key role in several successful fights against the Covenant. As time passed, Delta-4 became the leader of his squad and earned numerous medals, such as the Purple Heart he was awarded when he took three plasma wounds to the chest. Soon after the success of the MJOLINIR Combat Armor, the LOKI Combat Armor went into development to give standard troops similar capabilities to that of the SPARTAN's armor. The 105th were the first to recieve this new armor, but it was later deemed too expensive an endeavor to outfit every branch of the Marines with the armor. After the Fall of Reach, Delta-4 and a portion of his squad boarded the Pillar of Autumn, and went to Halo. After fighting on Halo and discovering the Flood, the 105th hijacked a Covenant Frigate docking with the Truth and Reconciliation and headed back home, following Cole protocol by making zig-zag maneuvers. | ||||||||
