Phoebe is the small brown cat with a major attitude. As Luna's sister, she is VERY jealous of her sister's responsibilities. Phoebe dreams of being the head-honcho, and frequently tries to persuade the others into letting Sailor Terrestria be leader of all the Scouts; only, Sailor Terrestria has no intention to do so, and thinks Sailor Moon is doing a dandy job. I guess that spoils that plan. Her argument (which is pretty good if you ask me, but you're not, so I'll stop) is that Princess Serenity was not meant to fight. She was meant to rule. Why not make someone else who was meant to fight lead? Well? Her good looks are counteracted by her minus-zero personality. She's rather difficult to get along with; always pushing her opinion onto others. She has razor sharp wit and will take any opportunity given to make Luna look bad and show her own superiority. Talk about sibling rivalry... Celeste seems to be the only one that understands her (or can deal with her... you decide). However, others will have their moments... especially when Artemis is in a Luna-bashing mood. Mascot of Celeste's old boarding school (who knew boarding schools had mascots?)in Hokkaido, Phoebe is Sailor Terrestria's guardian. There, she revived Sailor Terrestria's powers and memories and trained her as her student. Oh! I almost forgot to tell you guys this! Okay, you know how Luna has the "Lunar Mind Meld"? Well, Phoebe has a special power too! She can shape-shift for short periods of time. She can be anything she wants to be for a couple minutes, but the only thing is that no matter what she changes in to, her cresent moon mark and rhinestone collar remain. Not too shabby. Wish I could do that... During the Silver Millenium, Phoebe was also a servant of Queen Serenity, alongside Artemis and Luna. After being sent forward in time to 20th century Hokkaido, she set upon her mission: find the missing Moon Princess. Knowing finding the Princess would be as easy as finding Waldo in Times Square, on New Year's Eve (that's pretty darn hard!), she decided to take a more simple course of action and find the Sailor Soldiers of the Moon Kingdom. At least this way she would have a much better chance. There were 6 of them and only 1 Moon Princess. Figuring that her chances would be much better this way, she set out on her mission, only to have Luna beat her to it. Nerts. So once all the known Scouts were united, she took over central control (clandestinely of course) and got to give orders officially. Well, I could go on forever about her past, present, and personality, but I won't. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much of a reason to read the fanfics... |
