How can I be sure that what I ask you to do and the payment we agree on will be what I receive and am billed for upon completion?
You will receive a copy of a project agreement detailing the exact services you requested, the total cost, the estimated or requested completion date, and the agreed upon payment arrangements.
What areas other than Little Rock do you serve?
Our standard rates apply to all areas within a 30 mile radius of West Little Rock or Bigelow. For areas up to 50 miles outside of West Little Rock or Bigelow there is an additional $15 travel fee. Depending on the request, we will consider traveling to other areas, with an increased travel fee.
How will I pay you?
We bill in one of two ways: by the service or weekly. We will discuss this with you during our consultation and agree on a billing method then.
