Welcome to PrintMaster Studio
Where we produce Fine Art Limited Edition Serigraphs for Artists

Please Visit PrintMaster Studio homepage at: http://www.geocities.com/printmasterstudio to see examples of serigraphs we have produced for artists as well as an explanation of how a serigraph is made.

Want to increase your exposure as an artist? By creating limited edition serigraphs, you can have your work seen by a larger audience, and increase your sales! In our well-equipped studio in Santa Fe, we'll help you with the process of turning your artwork into a series of gallery-quality prints.

What is a serigraph?
A serigraph is a fine art, limited edition print produced by the silkscreen or screen printed method.

Why create a serigraph?
Typically, in the same amount of time it takes to produce a painting, drawing or other artwork, an artist can create a whole serigraph edition. Producing a serigraph allows a greater distribution of your work into galleries, exhibitions and other venues. Creating a serigraph also gives you new tools and new techniques to enhance your creative expression and broaden your experience as an artist.

Remote printing?
Most or all of the prep work can be done at your own pace in your own studio. We also have a portable setup that can be brought to you, or you can work in our Santa Fe studio. If you live outside of New Mexico it is even possible to complete the entire process by mail!

The latest technology
A graphics super computer is available to help you quickly visualize and compose your image. It can also superimpose, juxtapose, colorize and pre-proof the print.

Why PrintMaster Studio?
We offer several techniques generally available only to lithographic print shops, including fine drawn tusche crayon and coarser rubbed textures, continuous tone brushstrokes (see examples) as well as subtle multiple color blends, duotones, tritones and four-color process. Air-brushed stencils are also available to create even more delicate tonal quality. To keep our studio environmentally friendly, we use only light-fast, non-toxic screen printing inks. In addition to our standard 100% rag paper, we can print onto handmade papers, rice paper, glass, plastics, canvas and fabrics. With over 20 years experience in printmaking, we will do everything possible to assist you in the creation and translation of your original image into a printable form. We are limited only by your imagination!

Archival Quality
We use only light-fast inks and 100% rag paper to insure museum-quality prints that will withstand the test of time.

Increase your earnings
For a minimal investment you can generate a maximum return. On average, a serigraph can generate ten times the cost of its production and makes your work affordable and therefore available to a wider audience.
