About History of This Web
Back in 1993 I witnessed two people with serious emotional disorder getting surprisingly quickly healthy after they started to clasiffy their thoughts into two categories "soluble" and "unimportant". In another one case using the same logic made a very positive difference. This web was created partly to publish the mentioned observation which can possibly help other people with emotional disorders; and also to try to expain: how is it possible that something like this is valid assertion, what are definitions of "problem", "solubility", "subjective and objective importance" consistent with latest scientific knowledge about neurons and human brain.
