- President Conrey reported that Mr. Bloom could
not make the meeting because he was a little under the weather.

Committee Chairman J. Hance
gave the following report:
- The committee will be
working on a list of needed repairs and improvements for the upcoming
year.
- The committee will also
working on a budget for the upcoming year.

Treasurer C. Wilkins gave
the following report:
- Woodland Twp. taxes for
the upcoming year will be $1862.00, based on the building being assessed
at $45,800.00 and the property at $24,000.00.
- Jeff Evans has bounced
another membership dues check. Chuck suggested that he be removed from the
membership. If he wants to return at a later date, he will need to pay all
of his outstanding debts to the club plus the $100.00 application fee. All
members in attendance were in agreement on this matter.
- Mr. Massa is now our
official “Propane Facilitator”. He will be responsible for keeping the
tanks full on a year-round basis.
- Chuck noted that our
old fuel oil bills are close to what our propane bills are for this past
season.
Expenses:

$95.73 to Connective for
electric.

$315.63 to Amerigas for
propane.

$211.00 to Al Massa for the
new television.
Income:
- Many of the members present brought their dues
up to date.

ELECTIONS: NOTHING
OLD BUSINESS:
- Copies of the By-Laws
will be distributed to the By-Laws committee members. They will meet at
the club at 1100 hrs. on March 6th 2005 to begin reviewing and
recommending any changes.
- Vice President
Fitzsimmons inquired why “Smoke” Barton was given Honorary Membership in
the club. It was noted that he assisted Joe Ryan with the flue pipe
installation for the wood stove and the installation of the new windows in
the meeting room.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Joe Conrey noted that
the “Sportsman’s Challenge” sponsored by Billy Boy will take place on the
first Sunday in April. Once again, we will be entering a team. See Joe for
more details.
- C. Wilkins stated that
we should perhaps institute a penalty for members who are delinquent with
dues payments. If members are delinquent thru May, they would be assessed
a $10 penalty. No action was taken by the membership at this time
- Tom Geherty Jr.
suggested that we should take a look at the septic tank and the small sink
hole that is nearby. He will take a closer look at the situation this
spring.
