 MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES

  • The members present voted to waive the reading of the meeting minutes for May.

Committee Chairman J. Hance gave the following report:

 

  • John thanked all the members who worked hard all morning long today by completing many projects. Two truckloads of trash were taken to the Chatsworth Mall, the roof was patched around the chimney, the cabin received a good sweeping out, the screen doors were painted and installed, the area around the front door and trash can storage area was cleaned up and the area around the target range was cleaned up.

 

  • Another work day is scheduled for SATURDAY, MAY 14, 2005. The monthly meeting will be held the same day @ NOON.  No firm agenda was set.

 

BY-LAWS COMMITTEE:              X    REPORT             NO REPORT

 

  • President Conrey noted that much progress has been made by the committee. The committee may be able to submit the revised by-laws to the membership for its first reading at the May or July meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:

 

  • President Conrey noted that the old keg unit behind the bar has been given to a needy person. If they are able to get  it to function properly, they may give the club a donation. A cabinet donated by President Conrey is now behind the bar.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

  • Propane gas deliveries to the club have been put on hold till the fall.

 

  • Cabin Committee Chairman Hance noted that some of the large cooking pots and some utensils are missing from the kitchen. He will try to track them down.

 

OTHER BUSINESS:

 

  • Al Massa has purchased another television identical to the one just purchased last fall.

 

  • There will be NO MEETING IN JUNE due to Fathers Day.
