OLD BUISNESS:

The motion to change the
club by-laws to include the Building and Grounds Committee was given a second
reading and adopted by the members present.
·
President Conrey appointed
the members who would serve on the Building and Grounds Committee: John Hance; Chairman, T. McCarty, C.Wilkins,
J. Moritz, Matt Cronin & Uncle George.
·
J. Moritz and J. Conrey will
work out the details on getting us the best deal on our propane tank for the
new furnace.
·
J. Moritz asked about our
progress on insurance for the cabin. S. Fitzsimmons will continue his research.
·
Our order for PRG hats has
arrived. S. Fitzsimmons will be in charge. As in the past, the cost will be
$15.00 for either hunter orange or camo.
NEW BUISNESS:

A work detail will take
place on

The lock on the club door will be changed
sometime in April. New keys for the club will be issued to all members who are
up to date with their dues.

Jack Moritz suggested that
we could possibly join the N.J. Federation of Sportsman’s Clubs. Jack and Joe
Conrey will research to see if we can join as a club.
